Lyle Walt was the heir to the noble Walt County House. However, after losing a contest to his flawless younger sister, Celes Walt, he was disinherited. Defeated thoroughly and utterly crushed in spirit, he was cast out of his home.

Just before leaving the house, Lyle came into possession of a mysterious Blue Jewel. Within this gem were stored the skills and memories of the past heads of the Walt family.

Amazingly, the spirits of seven generations of ancestors were resurrected within the jewel as memories. Taking advice from these dependable ancestors, Lyle’s new journey was about to begin!

…Or so he thought.

With seven different people came seven different values, and naturally, their opinions clashed constantly. Harsh words toward Lyle were the norm, and many of them were outright disappointed in him. "Pathetic," they’d scoff.

Thus begins Lyle’s chaotic adventure, guided (and frequently berated) by his overbearing, eccentric predecessors…
